Sale of Sixty-Six (66) Residential Plots

The National Company ISKAN informs the public that, starting from Tuesday, April 16, 2019, it will proceed with the sale of sixty-six (66) residential plots located in the Tevragh Zeina District (NOT EXT MOD. M SUITE).
The plot sizes range from 270 m² to 492.5 m². This inventory is divided into five (5) categories, based on the land value of each location. The price per square meter ranges between 923 MRU and 1080 MRU, depending on the lot category.
Interested clients may consult the layout plans displayed at the Commercial Directorate (Tel.: +222 45 25 46 01), noting that plots will be assigned based on the order in which acquisition procedures are completed.
