The National Company for Land Development, Real Estate Promotion and Management, officially known as "El Mouritaniya Lil Agharat", is a public industrial and commercial institution with financial autonomy.

It succeeds the former National Company ISKAN, and now operates within the national strategy for urban development and housing access, under the supervision of the Ministry of State Property, Public Assets and Land Reform.

The company is based in Nouakchott and may establish regional offices across the national territory.

Our Missions

Identify and develop urban land: surveys, demarcation, infrastructure.

Market the developed plots with a transparent allocation process.

Contribute to urban planning studies, promote social housing, and support urban rehabilitation projects.

Organize public sales: auctions and tenders for residential and commercial use.

Establish commercial and financial partnerships with the State and private operators.
